I went to this place to have dinner at this Restaurant with my Fiancé. The atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly at first, but sadly the food was mediocre. Ordered the L.V roll and one night stand roll. The mango on the LV roll was under ripe and crunchy... the tuna and salmon on the one night stand roll was super mushy and the flavor was not good. We did not like it and ate a few pieces. We expressed immediately to the waitress that we didn't like it and if she can please removed from the bill, and she told us its very popular and will not remove it from the bill. We expressed again that we were not going to eat it because we didn't like it, and she said we don't offer samples and we have to pay it...WHAT? She never offered to give us something different or anything, she was very rude at the end, I felt forced to eat something that I didn't like and it was not even about paying for it or the money, it was more the way that she didn't care about the customer expressing about something that didn't like. Not a good place, not good quality and not the best service. I wouldn't recommend this place I have never been to a sushi restaurant where they don't comp something or replace it w

For a few years I’ve been trying to find a sushi restaurant in Sarasota that could match a spot I used to love frequenting in West Bradenton, with no success. That changed tonight. It’s not that any one aspect was immensely better, it’s that every single aspect was elevated. The little things, which all add up exponentially. You could tell that the ginger dressing (best I’ve ever had) was homemade as well as the teriyakis sauce (same.) The sushi was extremely fresh, I only tried the yellowtail (very good) but my family got a few other rolls and they were legit impressed. I tried the teriyaki ribeye entree and it was the best of any teriyaki-style meal I’ve ever ordered anywhere. Our server Winnie had perfect attention to detail and her pacing couldn’t have been better. I used to serve tables and was impressed on how she wasn’t “in the weeds” despite being pretty busy. Never felt like we were waiting on anything or being rushed. If you are looking for a new Sarasota sushi spot, I’d say this one is definitely worth checking out

Best sushi in Sarasota hands down! Amazing fresh sushi with a very artistic presentation! They have a very unique menu including some Malaysian entrees but the sushi menu with the sauces and variety are way different than anywhere else. Sashimi pieces are massive. Very clean and great service from Winnie and Ivy who treat you like family!

Everything here is phenomenal! They have the best sushi I have eaten with everything being fresh and light! They use high quality ingredients which really sets them apart from most in the area along with a great staff this was a 10/10! I would highly recommend you won't be disappointed!

Can i tive more Stars? I live sushi and I’ve tried a lot diferentes ones in diferentes countries, but here is the better one. The Gohan is perfect cooked and the fish is so fresh...when you get in the restaurant looks like you were at Japan... nice place. Delicious sake. Fair price.
